Channeling is the highly structured, deliberate, and academic method of utilizing Chaos energy practiced by the civilian Chaosmatic Community. Rather than relying on raw instinct, practitioners treat the energy as a refined science, systematically focusing it through specific focal instruments to alter reality with precision and control.
In its baseline state, Channeling often signals its activation by a localized, nearly imperceptible roving haze or a thin, subtle veil of visual Fog. Manipulated energy frequently manifests through precise, localized environmental phenomena — such as gathering raw sunlight into vibrant, pulsing, distinct geometric points that circle and merge, or producing clean, flame-based casting displays of unnatural, changing colors.
Proper technique demands a calculated, controlled equilibrium. Practitioners are instructed to release themselves to the connection while maintaining absolute governance; drawing too aggressively or "yanking" at the current like a toddler snatching a toy can trigger localized instability or structural failure.
