Physical Description

Biography

Pete Hoplight is the youngest and most physically unimposing Aspirant in Adept Orath's class — easily overlooked, easily intimidated, and acutely aware of both facts. What he lacks in physical presence he compensates for with an absolute moral compass that does not bend under institutional pressure.

The defining moment of his arc is his testimony at Beatrice's grand council trial. When the proceedings moved toward execution, Pete stepped forward with eyewitness testimony that directly contradicted the official account. The act required him to stand against the Lodge's institutional authority in a formal setting — something the other Aspirants did not do. His testimony saved her life.

He is not a rebel. He is not ideologically opposed to the Lodge. He simply cannot stand by when he knows the truth and the truth is being suppressed.

Abilities & Powers

Native Draw

Pete possesses the standard Lodgesworn Draw capability, though his application is less developed than the senior Aspirants. His strength is perceptual acuity, not raw physical output.
